Job Description

Performance Contracting is seeking an entry-level Safety Administrator for our Masthead Rigging operations based in Tempe, AZ. This position is responsible for the following duties:

Coordinate employee safety records and training materials for PCI’s Safety DepartmentSupports site supervision with clerical needs at the site levelCompile and submit required personnel reports as required by PCI and contractorsAssist in compiling work-related incidents, near-miss accidents and injury reports for the Safety DepartmentPreparation and maintenance of Fieldglass reportsAssist in preparation and recording of Job Hazard Analysis documentsFiling and recording of PTP and associated daily reportsAssist in preparation and recording of MSDS documentsAct as liaison between PCI and client as it relates to EHS reportingAssist employees in completing any paperwork for Site OrientationsAssist Site Management with clerical support including but not limited to word processing, documentation, reporting, record keeping, etc. Requirements

Basic Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience providing support to senior-level managementProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.Displays initiative and accountability for completing tasks on time and to a high degree of qualityAbility to manage workload effectively through skilled organization, prioritization, and multi-taskingAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written formatUses sound judgment to make appropriate decisions and maintain confidentialityDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce

Preferred Requirements:

Proficiency with Box File Management platform preferredExperience working in a safety department preferredExperience within or adjacent to the construction industry preferredLocal to the Phoenix Metro area
