**Job Title: Safety & Quality Inspector** **Job Description** + The candidate will need to be comfortable going out onto the shop floor to identify and report safety issues to upper management. + This includes spotting broken or misplaced safety guards on machines and ensuring workers are following safety protocols, such as wearing safety shoes. + The role involves working closely with plant managers and conducting monthly safety talks with the crew, which may require early morning shifts, starting as early as 5 AM. + The candidate will also be responsible for reviewing and updating all current safety policies. **Hard Skills** + Safety + OSHA 10 + OSHA 30 + Inspection + Training **Soft Skills** + Attention to detail + Communication + Team collaboration **Pay** + $20-23/hour based off of interview and previous experience. **Work Environment** + Candidates need to be comfortable in both an office setting and walking the floor in a manufacturing environment. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
