Purpose and Mission Responsible for ensuring safety, health, and environmental compliance as well as information security risk management at plant/site level. Key Activities and Responsibilities

SHE Program Management:
- Implement SHE policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with  legislation and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain records of incidents, inspections, and training.

Training and Development:
- Deliver SHE training programs for employees and contractors.
- Ensure all personnel are aware of SHE policies and procedures.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement in SHE practices.

Emergency Response:
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
- Coordinate emergency drills and training exercises.
- Act as the primary contact for emergency situations.

Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit SHE reports to regulatory agencies and company management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date SHE records.
- Track and report on SHE performance metrics.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote SHE initiatives.
- Represent the company in SHE-related meetings and forums.
- Communicate SHE performance and initiatives to employees and management

Skills Proficiency in safety protocols and risk management. Ability to guide teams toward safety goals. Strong verbal and written skills for safety reporting. Knowledge of relevant regulations, ISO standards, and best practices. Previous Experience Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SHE management roles preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Familiarity with environmental permits, licenses, and monitoring requirements. Experience in incident reporting, data analysis, and contractor safety oversight. Qualifications and Education Bachelor’s or Master degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Engineering) Professional  certification required  (e.g. CSE, OSHA, NEBOSH, CSP, Preventieadviseur level 1 of 2, ASSP, or other local equivalent) ISO14001 & 45001 Internal Auditor Certificate   Be bold and take the leap!
