As a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the enterprise, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing and implementing safety culture strategy transformation efforts that constitute a significant portion of our roadmap to eliminating serious injuries and fatalities.

Responsibilities
Manage projects and initiatives having major enterprise-wide safety impact to Southern California Edison in support of SCE safety priorities and goals. Ensure successful implementation, sustainability and continuous improvement of safety culture efforts. Develop objectives and short to long range strategies. Perform senior project management functions including analyses, project plans, business cases, risk analysis/mitigation plans, developing and implementing metrics to measure and adjust. Lead company-wide cross-functional teams to drive project objectives from inception to completion. Analyze complex business issues to ensure alignment with Enterprise goals and strategies. Serve as a safety culture expert with deep foundational and applied knowledge. Research best practices and conduct benchmarking. Identify and recommend areas for continuous improvement and strategies to address and initiate projects as applicable. Responsible for successful execution of materials and activities for executive leadership and senior leadership safety teams. Facilitate meetings, actions, and the resolution of safety issues. A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
Ten or more years of experience managing large scale projects with major impacts including scope, schedule and budget responsibilities. Five or more years of experience in Organizational Development, Organizational Change Management, Performance Consulting, Organizational Design, Re-engineering & Process Improvement, Strategy Development/Implementation, and/or Business Culture expertise. Two or more years of leadership/supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or related field. Ten (10) years’ experience leading large-scale OD and/or change management projects. Experience collaborating with team members, all levels of leadership, different departments and vendors to develop solutions, facilitate ongoing collaboration across varied groups, and cultivate stakeholder engagement/buy-in. Experience coordinating or implementing business readiness activities including stakeholder analysis, change interventions, training, and communications to ensure business and operational readiness for change. Experience achieving desired outcomes and actions through negotiation and influence. Project Management Certification
Additional Information
This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.
