职位介绍：

您将作为核心技术专家资源，负责上海迪士尼度假区的核心安全程序的开发、执行和维护，为娱乐演出部门提供日常的安全操作指引，安全领导力监督，并向上海迪士尼度假区安全团队反馈相关部门关键安全计划和程序的发展、执行和维护的具体情况。 利用合理、合适的安全技术标准和规定、规则判定来执行、解决响应的安全事宜，并领导相关团队识别、评估、分析和解决相应在上海迪士尼度假区运营过程中遇到的安全问题。

工作内容：

您将协同迪士尼乐园和度假区安全团队，结合国家和地方安全规范、标准，对上海迪士尼度假区的安全管理程序进行维护、开发，依照新颁布的《中华人民共和国安全生产法》和《上海市安全生产条例》，贯彻执行公司双预防机制：风险分级管控，隐患排查与治理；                                            

您将指引和支持娱乐演出团队在剧场演出，舞台灯光，舞台搭建（装台，拆台等），氛围演出等正确执行上海迪士尼度假区安全程序；

您将支持相关部门团队进行作业风险分析，提供安全技术资源帮助，并评估各个团队安全合作和安全实践；加强高风险作业安全管理，对高风险作业安全风险分析进行审核，提前介入管理和监督；

您将协助各部门对发生的安全事件和事故，进行安全事故调查分析，提供安全技术解决方案，并制作相应的安全话题和安全宣传；

您将分析各个部门的相关安全数据，安全事故趋势，针对趋势提出相应的改进措施和方案；

您将和各个部门紧密合作，对各个部门作业区域进行安全评估，发现不安全的的作业环境和作业行为，提出相应的安全改进措施和计划；

您将提供相应的安全培训和安全实践操作；

您需要定期评估各个部门的安全绩效，并提出相对应的安全改进计划；定期进行安全审计；

您需要与各个部门建立良好关系，不断提升沟通技巧，增进和各个部门的合作。

我们希望您：

具有大学本科毕业及以上学历；

英文读写流利；

5-8年或以上工业安全管理经验，有石化行业，施工安全，制造行业，维修修理，医院，酒店，剧院，舞台技术，交通物流或仓储行业的相关从业经验；

取得注册安全工程师证书优先。

Safety Engineer

Line of Business: Security/Safety/Fire/ Health Services

Location: China, Shanghai

Job Summary:

You will serve as the key technical expert resource and be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the key safety procedures of Shanghai Disney Resort. You will provide daily safety operation guidelines for Entertainment Team. You will provide safety leadership supervision, and give feedback to relevant lines of business and safety team for the development, implementation and maintenance of key safety plans and procedures. You will use reasonable and appropriate safety technical standards and regulations, and rule judgments to implement and resolve the safety issues in response. You will lead the relevant teams to identify, evaluate, analyze and resolve the safety issues encountered during the operation work.

Key Responsibilities:

You will Cooperate with Shanghai Disney Resort safety services team to maintain and develop safety procedures for Shanghai Disney Resort in compliance with Disney Best Practice and local safety standards and regulations; According to the new published "Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Shanghai Safety Production Regulations", implement the company's dual prevention mechanism: Hierarchy of safety risks and control, Inspection and Mitigation of Uncontrolled Hazard;

You will guide and support Entertainment department during theater show, stage show and lighting, stage and show set, atmosphere show etc. to perform SHDR safety procedures properly;

You will support line of business in conducting job risk analysis, providing assistance and support to line of business with safety technical resources, and assessing line of business cooperation and safety practices; strengthen the high-risk work management, job safety analysis review and audit, proactive involve in the process safety management and supervision;

You will assist line of business in the investigation and analysis of safety incidents and accidents, and provide safety technical solutions; and make relevant safety Tips and safety promotion;

You will need to analyze the safety indicators for each line of business, the trend of safety statistics, and propose the safety improvement solution/plan for each line of business;

Work closely with the line of business to conduct a safety assessment for working areas, identify unsafe conditions and unsafe behavior, and propose safety improvement plans appropriately;

Provide appropriate safety training and good safety practices;

Evaluate the safety performance of each line of business on a regular basis and propose a corresponding safety improvement plan; conduct the regular safety audit;

Establish good relationships with line of business, improve communication skills, and enhance cooperation with line of business.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above;

Fluent in English reading and writing;

5 to 8 years or above industrial safety experience required in a related field (petro chemical, construction, maintenance, manufacturing, hotels, hospitality, theatres, stage technology, transportation, distribution or warehouse etc.);

Certified Safety Engineer is preferred.
