The required qualifications and competencies are:

General Education: 5 years at University in respective domain Professional license from Technical Chamber of Greece Experience: 3-5 years in an operational position in a plant including safety management Fluent (in writing and speaking) in Greek and English language Application of standards Continuous Improvement Audit Deployment and monitoring of key indicators Formalization and transmission of know-how Risk management Team work Leadership and management Project management and innovation Customer satisfaction
