角色描述：

Assist in ESH officer or project manager to manage site ESH activities 协助安全主管或项目经理对现场的安全环境相关行为进行管理

角色责任：

- Coordinate SHE activities on site. 协调现场安全作业 

- Conduct SHE introduction and training to new starters to the project so that they are acquainted with safety requirements, safe work practices, and procedures. 为新进场人员提供安全介绍和培训，使他们知晓安全要求、安全作业方法和工作流程 

- Monitor subcontractor compliance with applicable SHE requirements. 监控承包商行为使之符合安全要求 

- File SHE performance reports, and other SHE reports as required by project. 归档安全作业报告，以及项目要求的其它安全报告 

- Advise Project Manager of hazardous conditions/concerns or near-miss incidents. 告知项目经理危险的情况、顾虑，或险些发生的危机事件 

- Assist in facilitating and/or conducting accident/incident investigations. 协助促进和/或指挥突发事件/危机事件调查

- Verify and update all required SHE postings, warnings and signs applicable to the project work/hazards. 检查和更新所有要求的使用于项目作业/危害的安全公告、警示和标识

- Verify that all personnel who must enter controlled areas are qualified to do so. 核查所有必须进入监管区的人员有相应的资质

 - Verify that emergency numbers, including physicians and hospital locations, are valid and posted, and these emergency services have access to the field site. 检查紧急号码（包括医生和医院地址）有效且被公示，施工现场有通向紧急服务的入口 

- Prevent and correct safety and health issues through job safety / risk analysis. 预防和纠正工作安全/风险分析中的安全和健康问题 

- Collect and report safety performance data and statistics. 收集并报告安全作业数据和统计结果 

- Establish construction safety training requirements and training materials. 建立施工安全培训要求和培训材料 

- Ensuring contractors and workers maintain safety awareness at all times. 确保承包人和施工人员时刻保持安全意识 

- Implementing safety programs for the project. 落实项目中的安全程序 
 

资格和经验：

- College Degree or above in engineering background; 大专或以上学历，工程专业背景 

-Safety License holders are preferred; 有安全许可证者优先

- Minimum 5 years working experience in safety engineering; 安全工程领域五年以上工作经验 

- Able to communicate with expats in English; 能与外籍人士用英语交流 

- Foreign company or JV company experiences are preferred; 有外企或合资企业工作经验者优先 

- Be familiar with national and international SHE standards and regulations 熟悉国家和国际安全标准和条例
