**Job Title: Safety Foreman**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to oversee safety programs and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards. This role also involves conducting safety inspections, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective actions. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance plans and ensuring that products and services meet the required quality standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop and implement safety programs and procedures.
+ Conduct safety inspections and audits.
+ Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards.
+ Investigate accidents and incidents, implementing corrective actions.
+ Provide safety training and education to workers.
+ Develop and implement QA plans and procedures.
+ Ensure that products and services meet quality standards.
+ Monitor and track quality performance.
+ Identify and address potential quality issues before they become problems.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards.
+ Experience in quality assurance and quality control.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
+ Experience with drawings and wire sizing.
+ Certified in CPR and First Aid.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Construction supervision experience.
+ Subcontractor management.
+ Troubleshooting skills.
+ OSHA 30 certification.
+ Proficiency in safety training.
+ Supervisory skills.
+ Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.

**Work Environment**
This is a 1st shift position on a 50-person job site. Proper site gear will be provided.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sayreville, New Jersey.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr.
