Safety Management Trainee
Program Overview:

Our Safety Management Trainee Program is designed to develop future leaders in workplace safety by providing hands-on experience in key areas of our safety and compliance operations. This is a structured 6-month program offering broad exposure to the different aspects of occupational health, safety, and risk management, culminating in the opportunity to work on a high-impact capstone project. We offer two cohorts of safety management trainees annually, with one class starting in January and the other in July.

Program Structure:

First 3 Months – Rotational Experience:
During the first three months, trainees will rotate through critical safety and operations departments to gain an understanding of the company's safety practices, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Trainees will be exposed to:

Last 3 Months – Capstone Project:
In the final three months, each trainee will focus on a specific area within safety management. They will be tasked with developing and executing a capstone project that addresses a key safety challenge or opportunity within their department. This project will culminate in a presentation to senior leadership, showcasing innovative solutions to improve safety practices or reduce risks across the organization. Post-Program Placement:
