Safety Manager
**Description:** Will be responsible for overseeing the safety of the work site. This role will be responsible for enforcing compliance with regulations and reviewing health and safety guidelines to minimize injuries, providing a great benefit to the safety of the workers on the site and the company as a whole. • Responsible for 250+ HVAC personnel in Construction and General Industry safety compliance. • Streamlined and implemented electronic assets and training management software. • Conductes daily audits for 70+ sites and pre-existing clients. • Drafts pre-risk assessments, fall and confined space plans. • Conducts new hire and monthly “all hands” safety training. **Skills:** Safety, Osha, Osha 30, Safety management, Construction Safety **Top Skills Details:** Safety, Osha, Osha 30, Safety management, Construction Safety **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** Bilingual (Spanish) OSHA 10 and or OSHA 30 Safety Degree - Preferred NOT required **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
