**Job Title: Safety Supervisor**
**Job Description**
The Safety Supervisor is responsible for overseeing installers, providing pre-task plans, running through safety protocols, conducting daily safety meetings, and offering oversight when working with live equipment. This role involves direct interaction with Panasonic to develop various tasks and protocols.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee the installation crew and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
+ Prepare and provide pre-task plans.
+ Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety protocols daily.
+ Offer guidance on methods of equipment installation and safety procedures.
+ Ensure compliance with safety programs and fall protection standards.
+ Supervise work involving live equipment and ensure electrical safety.
+ Coordinate construction processes and manage crews effectively.
+ Engage in discussions with Panasonic to develop tasks and protocols.
+ Overseeing the installation
+ Manage the safety paperwork and bridging the link between Murata and Panasonic
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in construction safety and crew management.
+ Strong understanding of construction coordination and processes.
+ Proficiency in automation and automation systems.
+ Knowledge of electrical safety and fall protection.
+ Experience working with live equipment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ OSHA 510 certification.
+ NFPA 70e certification.
