Job Description This candidate will be working as a Safety Manager for a storm restoration company near Boston, MA. Their parent company is a large regional utility construction group that is based in northern Alabama. They will be responsible for developing & reviewing their safety manual, reviewing their utility safety practices, and confirming the group is up to date for Osha regulations. This will be their first full time safety manager, so they will be expected to redesign, improve, or develop a new safety plan. They will travel around 30-40% of the time depending on storm sites, and the company will pay for their air travel. Once onsite, they will be expected to communicate clearly with the field employees and their leadership to confirm safety regulations are upheld. The salary range upon conversion is between $85,000-$95,000 depending on experience.
