Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Safety Manager to join our team supporting a QTS data center role in Spotsylvania. The Safety Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting site-specific safety programs. They will work in partnership with the onsite team, owners, and additional contractors to conduct safety trainings.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement site-specific safety programs.Work in partnership with the onsite team, owners, and additional contractors to conduct safety trainings.Develop and review work plans.Coordinate the job site hazard analysis program.Conduct and document all safety inspections.Conduct and document all project safety training.Review and finalize all safety submittals.Interact with subcontractors and the owner's representatives.Essential Skills5 years of experience in safety management or a CHST degree.First Aid Certification.CPR Certification.OSHA 30 Certification.AED Certification.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in construction safety.Ability to develop and deliver safety training.Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards.Experience in safety procedures and safety management.Willingness to relocate for project needs.Work Environment

This role is onsite in Fredericksburg, supporting a QTS data center. The candidate will be part of an industry-leading team with ample opportunities for advancement in a growing market. The work environment includes working directly with various teams and ensuring adherence to safety standards and protocols.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $44.00/hr.
