MacKay Sposito is seeking an experienced and dedicated Safety Program Manager to lead our safety initiatives across all field and office operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and compliance of our multi-state operations, which include California, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and Montana. The Safety Program Manager will have the expertise to oversee construction-related safety programs and guide the organization in maintaining a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee all aspects of safety operations across field and office environments.
+ Develop, implement, and manage safety programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
+ Maintain OSHA logs, prepare reports, and ensure timely submissions to regulatory bodies. This includes 3rd party vendor safety sites such as ISN, Veriforce, etc.
+ Conduct regular safety audits and inspections at field sites and office locations.
+ Provide guidance and training to employees on safety protocols and best practices.
+ Collaborate with leadership teams to integrate safety into all organizational processes.
+ Serve as the subject matter expert on construction-related safety practices.
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations in California, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and Montana.
+ Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
+ Stay current with safety regulations, trends, and technologies to continuously improve the safety program.
Qualifications:
+ Proven experience in a safety management role, preferably in construction or environmental industries.
+ In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
+ Multi-state safety compliance experience, particularly in California, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and Montana.
+ Strong leadership and communication skills to influence a culture of safety.
+ Proficiency in managing OSHA logs, safety audits, and incident investigations.
+ Relevant safety certifications, including:
+ OSHA 30 Certification (minimum requirement).
+ Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP) preferred.
+ First Aid/CPR Certification.
+ HAZWOPER Certification (preferred).

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as various market and business considerations.
The wage range for this position is $105,000-$130,000 per year, depending on experience.
Full-time employees receive a well-rounded benefits package, including access to our company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, and Supplemental Life Insurance plans. 100% company paid Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, and Long Term Disability coverage. Employees are eligible to participate in our company 401k plan with up to a 4% match Additionally, employees also receive paid vacation time, paid sick time, and 11 paid holidays. MacKay Sposito pays for expenses associated with licensure as well as annual profit-sharing bonuses.
