This role will support the safety team by being the main point of contact as it relates to traffic violations and new applicant drug testing information.

Primary Responsibilities

Receive and review notifications of traffic violationsHandle basic traffic violations, escalating in instances where assistance is requiredAssist with tracking and recording applicant drug testAnswer calls and responds to emails from employees regarding safety issues and responds in a timely mannerUtilize a high sense of confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Job Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP and AS400Detail oriented with a sense of urgencyAbility to learn quickly and work as part of a teamAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
