The Northrop Grumman Microelectronic Center (NGMC) of Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking an exceptionally talented, motivated, and creative Safety, Security, Space Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the safety and security aspects of equipment installation/removal and facility renovations associated with foundry semiconductor equipment engineering.
Advanced Technology Lab (ATL) - located outside of Baltimore, Maryland - where we design, manufacture, and test semiconductor products for internal and commercial production customers as well as emerging technology programs. Northrop Grumman’s ATL semiconductor foundry is a unique capability supporting a range of production microelectronic devices (Silicon, Gallium Arsenide, Gallium Nitride, and Silicon Carbide) and providing leading edge technology development in Superconducting Electronics and SLCFET. Job Summary:
The position of Safety, Security, Space Coordinator, reports directly to the Senior manager of ATL.
This Position will support the safety and security aspects of equipment installation/removal and facility renovations by being responsible for performing the following:
Work with onsite Safety and Security to confirm all facility and equipment work conforms to Northrop Grumman Mission Systems guidelines and requirements.
Support the Engineering and Maintenance teams by creating and communicating the Job specific Site Access Safety plan.
Collect and aggregate request for future equipment and floorspace needs and communicate this to wider organization
Function as a liaison between the Equipment and Facilities team and the Safety, Security team #NGATL

Experience working in cleanrooms and semiconductor manufacturing areasBasic and advanced computer skills including CAD and Project management softwareVery comfortable working and interacting with Trades constructors and construction work. #NGMCFabSalary Range: $85,400.00 - $128,000.00Salary Range 2: $105,400.00 - $158,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
