Protection & Protocol. Provide protection and safety to patients, visitors, employees and physical property at all times; monitor psychiatric patients as directed by medical staff; open and secure doors per department schedules for authorized personnel; respond to emergency situations in unsafe conditionsPatrol & Monitor. Answer telephones, monitor various radios and CCTVs; conduct random patrols of facilities and parking lots; control and monitor access at fixed postsDocumentation. Submit accurate and complete reports that document events, incidents and situations encountered; properly secure and accurately document the intake of property, valuables and cashEDUCATION:

NYS DL - valid New York State Driver's License - New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (NYSDMV), SO - Security Officer license - New York State Department of State Division of Licensing Services (DOLS)PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
