Job SummaryUnder general direction, supervise and direct security officers to their assigned patrols to protect patrons and property.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain and organized, clean, professional workspace and waiting areaProfessional presentation, appearance and work ethicProvide excellent customer service with a helpful and friendly attitudeGenerate department schedules that comply with the requirements of the facility and eventsProvide input/ generate standard operating procedures, training forms, etc.Oversee and obtain feedback with Lead OfficersProvide training to subordinatesRecommend disciplinary action for subordinatesMaintain electronic records of D.A.R.’s, Incident Reports, PM’s, Inspections, etc.Generate work orders and upload required documents via web-based applicationAttend meetings and disseminate meeting informationDelegate duties to subordinates, daily and weeklyKnowledge of CCTV usage and data extractionKnowledge of Access Control and generating badgesReport employees in violation of ASM Global’s conduct policiesAbility to perform subordinate duties to include but are not limited to: Patrolling premises to ensure safety ofpatrons, staff, vendors, participants and others on premises. Respond to alarms and distress calls, escort
disruptive individuals to security office and/or off premises. Inspect premises for signs of intrusion or
tampering. Respond, generate and review incident reports, prepare and review late parking and car storage
reports, assist with crowd control inside and outside. Escort/ assist departments when handling large sums of
money, supervise security officers to ensure completion of assigned duties.
