We blend high-tech with high touch in ways that are advancing superior health care throughout the communities we serve. **Title:** System Security Supervisor **Facility:** BayCare System Office / Travel between campuses The **System Security Supervisor** will report directly to the Director Security & Emergency Management and will have five primary roles and responsibilities for the BayCare Health System Public Safety/Security Division. + Supervisor will be the primary Security leader to support all the non-Hospital divisions to include the BayCare Medical Group, Ambulatory Division (large MOBs, Surgery Centers, Urgent Care Centers, Lab/Rad Outpatient Centers), and Home Health. They will focus on both proactive Security assessments and training and will provide guidance and operational actions as needed. Over time Security Officers at some of these locations will report up through the Supervisor. + Lead all Security Training initiatives to include building and maintaining all training documents and programs, train and support hospital-based field training Officers, and act as primary Trainer for multiple training programs and initiatives. Maintain applicable training documentation of Officers. + Provide Supervisor and Operational oversight to our Security Systems Analysts and other Security Support team members. + Take lead role for process improvement and standardization initiatives to ensure the Security Division drives towards excellence in all Operational areas, to include Policy & Procedures plus Standard Operating Procedures. + Other Duties as Assigned.
