Safety Management: Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety issues and recommend corrective actions. Training and Development: Organize and conduct safety training programs for all employees, including new hires, to promote a culture of safety awareness. Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into accidents and near-miss incidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA standards and other relevant guidelines. Safety Audits: Perform regular safety audits and inspections of the plant, equipment, and work practices to ensure ongoing safety improvements. Emergency Response: Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness for potential emergencies. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, training sessions, and regulatory compliance activities. Collaboration: Work closely with management, production teams, and safety committees to foster a safe working environment. PPE Management: Ensure appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is available, utilized, and maintained correctly by all workers

Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience in safety management, preferably in the precast, construction, or manufacturing industries. Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Certifications: Professional certifications such as ADIS, or Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST) are highly desirable.
