Safety Trainer
MAU is hiring a Safety Trainer in Hendersonville, NC. As a Safety Trainer, you will oversee safety and training initiatives for approximately 150 temporary associates, providing expert guidance and support to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Complete at least two weekly SafetyNet Inspections and lead 4-Step Problem Solving sessions Serve on the MAU at K-C Safety Committee and ensure adherence to safety standards Training Development and Delivery: Create and maintain Work Standards using Microsoft Word and Excel Develop training videos based on Work Standards and deliver OSHA, LOTO, and equipment training Certify and coach associates, documenting all training activities Collaborate with Platforms to enhance training standards Communication and Support: Assist in site-wide policy updates and communication Act as a witness during performance and conduct counseling sessions Support leadership with additional communication tasks
Work Environment or Working Conditions Our customers' facilities offer diverse working conditions across both administrative and manufacturing environments. Work settings typically include manufacturing or warehouse areas with process equipment and heavy industrial vehicles. Conditions may range from non-air-conditioned spaces (hot or cold) to non-climate-controlled areas. Physical Demands This position may require the ability to: Walk up to 6 miles per day.
