Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and address safety concerns Providing safety training to employees on fire safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and proper use of safety equipment Investigating and documenting workplace accidents, injuries, or near misses and recommending corrective actions to prevent future incidents Maintaining and updating safety records, reports, and documentation to track compliance and identify areas for improvement Collaborating with management to develop emergency response plans and coordinate drills to test preparedness Participating in safety committee meetings and providing expert guidance on safety-related matters B.TECH/B.E/BSc in a relevant field Fire Safety Certification 2-5 years of experience in the fire and safety officer industry
