Work you will do

Assist, collaborate, lead, and facilitate in support of the overall design, strategy, delivery, and best practices of IAM capabilities.Implements success-driven solutions that align to client business goals and provide the desired outcomes.Creates and maintains documentation and flow chats.Acts as the driver and innovator for the development of identity management solutions

Qualifications 

Required

Bachelors Degree required3+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementation and deployment, O&M, integration, capability enhancements, and upgrades3+ years of experience with application onboarding into SailPoint IIQ via delimited files and OOTB connectors3+ years of program experience with Java, Python, PowerShell, JSON, REST, SCIM and SOAP-based web services3+ years of development experience in implementing and customizing lifecycle management events, workflows, rules, and custom reports3+ years’ experience developing rules like Build Map, Correlation, Exclusion, Policy Violation, Policy Formatting etc., as part of connector developmentMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureMust be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role Ability to travel 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

4+ years of experience in ICAM Experience Role-based Access Control (RBAC) including role mining within SailPoint IIQ2+ years’ experience with Access Certification campaign development within SailPoint IIQ2+ years’ experience with custom connectors for SailPoint2+ years’ experience with Linux and Windows Operating Systems2+ years’ experience integrating with other IAM products (OKTA, CyberArk, and PING Identity)Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SOD) and experience having implemented SOD in the past2+ years’ experience with application design, integration, and deployment in an integrated IT environment2+ years’ experience with IGA operational tasks (e.g., creating connectors, defining access control, managing applications credentials)2+ years’ experience creating access reviews, compliance reporting, access control processes, and other related tasks2+ years’ experience developing APIs, Plugin Development, & REST WebservicesSkilled in Active Directory concepts, including users, computers, groups, policiesSkilled in policy implementation (e.g., training and SOD)SailPoint Certification Preferred

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $92,000 to $163,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
