SailPoint IIQ Production Support- L3
Location: Anywhere in United States, remote
We are looking for SailPoint IIQ Production Support with 7-10 years of experience for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· 3-6 hrs of daily meeting, if working remote.
· Turn Around time of 5-10 mins during working hours.
· Sailpoint IIQ L3 level Production Support.
· Debugging code for errors in production.
· Train L1 and L2 team on their work.
· Knowledge of Sailpoint Cloud Gateway Server, IQService etc.
Desired Skills:
· Sailpoint IIQ
· Apache Tomcat
· Linux Commands
· SQL Server

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is [$84,600 to $134,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
