Key Skills and Qualifications:

Extensive Experience: Over 8 years of professional experience in Identity and Access Governance (IAG) and with SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity NOW. SailPoint Expertise: Proficient in the integration, configuration, and implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ, with a minimum of 8 years’ experience. Configuration Skills: Skilled in configuring applications, rules, workflows, custom tasks, and connectors. Database Proficiency: Experience with various databases including Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, and MySQL. Directory Services: Experience with directories such as LDAP and Active Directory (AD). Migration & Onboarding: Expertise in migrating and onboarding applications. Integration Experience: Hands-on experience integrating SailPoint with tools like ServiceNow for manual fulfillment and access requests, as well as other core systems. Custom Reporting: Ability to develop custom reports to meet various controls and capabilities. Programming Skills: Experience with Java, Bean Shell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL. Web Technologies: Familiarity with XML, SPML/SOAP, web and application servers, and HTML. Source Code Management: Experience with Source Code Management tools such as GitHub and code deployment. Global Experience: Experience working within global distributed programs and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

System Integration: Integrate SailPoint with core systems, including ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, PAM, and other applications. IAG Process Delivery: Implement Identity and Access Governance processes, including Recertification, Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes, Access Requests, Segregation of Duties, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Connector Configuration: Configure and onboard applications using various connectors such as out-of-the-box, Web Service, JDBC, RACF/ACF2, and custom connectors. Rules Development: Develop supporting rules for applications, correlation, identity mapping, and other related functions. Lifecycle Management: Create lifecycle event triggers and business processes that meet business requirements. Reporting & Auditing: Develop necessary reports and perform audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Product Demonstration: Showcase the capabilities of the SailPoint product and its integration with other systems. Post-Implementation Support: Provide support for user testing, debugging, ongoing support, and maintenance following implementation.
