Insight Global is searching for 3 IAM QAs to join our rapidly growing Cyber Security client on a fully-remote basis. This quickly expanding team has previously chosen the contract-to-hire strategy to scale up and intends to bring in long-term contractors with potential for full-time hire when positions open later this year and next. The new hires will join an IAM Operations team dedicated to supporting the SailPoint/CyberArk engineering teams that work alongside them. The QAs mission is to ensure the quality and performance of applications by testing APIs, UIs, databases, and back-end services. This role involves designing and executing test cases, plans, and scenarios for both manual and automated testing, performing functional, regression, integration, and load testing, analyzing business requirements, and tracking defects. Additionally, the QAs will develop and maintain QA discipline, test documentation, and tools, collaborate with teams to identify, report, and resolve defects, and implement best practices, test automation, and bug-fixing processes. They will also set up and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conduct API testing with POSTMAN & REST API, and ensure security and performance testing under high-traffic conditions. The QAs will attend daily standups on Jira development teams, working on tasks assigned by developers for QA testing. The role requires knowledge of various applications in SailPoint, including APIs, web services, database applications, and infrastructure applications (Windows AD, Azure).
