Responsibilities + Greet all customers with a friendly smile and quick, friendly, and personal service. + Learning customers their names, favorite products and food items. + Responds appropriately to customer concerns. + Prepare sandwiches and salads to recipe + Slice cold meats, cheese and bread, according to order or recipe. + Maintain a clean working area and other kitchen areas. + Produce, validate and store foods listed on prep sheet by recipe in a timely manner + Follow procedures and existing recipes.
