Per il nostro sito di Monfalcone ricerchiamo n.2 Saldocarpentieri a supporto della produzione.

Il Saldocarpentiere posiziona, allinea, fabbrica e assembla parti di prodotti in metallo usando attrezzature e strumenti manuali seguendo disegni e specifiche di layout.

In qualità di Saldocarpentiere ti verrà richiesto di:

verificare la conformità dei pezzi lavorati rispetto ai disegni e alle specifiche, usando squadre, metri e strumenti di misura. assemblare le strutture fabbricate e preparare i giunti da saldare attraverso la lettura e  comprensione della specifica documentazione (disegni, sequenze assemblate, WPS,...)  movimentare e posizionare le parti lavorate, manualmente o con l’utilizzo di sollevatori o gru. programmare e condurre lavorazioni meccaniche quali calandratura, sagomatura, taglio, smussatura, molatura, foratura, per piegare, tagliare, sagomare, punzonare, forare, o comunque formare ed assemblare componenti metallici. attenersi rigidamente agli standard della Sicurezza Nucleare, nonchè alle procedure aziendali es. sicurezza, qualità, rischio etc. applicabili al ruolo.

In Monfalcone (Italy) we're looking for 2 Fitters.

The Fitter arranges, aligns, fabricates and assembles metal products, using jigs, and hand tools, following drawings and layout specifications.

Your day-by-day:

verify conformance of work pieces to drawings and specifications, using squares, rulers, and measuring tapes.

assemble the fabricated structure and prepare the welding joints 

move parts into position, manually or with hoists or cranes.

set up and operate fabricating machines such as rolling and forming, cutting, beveling, flame cutters, grinders, and drills, to bend, cut, form, punch, drill, or otherwise form and assemble metal components.

Comply with company policy standards and procedures e.g. safety, quality, risk, security etc. applicable to the role.
