Sales, Inside Sales/ Sales Desk Associate- HPM (Remote)
_The Sales Associate within the Sales Desk team works with a team of individuals to obtain our organizational goals, maintain key customer relationships, and identify business opportunities in current market conditions through collaborative opportunities with our Hospital Patient Monitoring team._ **_Your role:_** + _Act as the point of contact, handle customers individual needs, and provide quotes while generating new business using existing and potential customer networks._ + _Identify and advance sales opportunities while working with sales leaders and account teams to continuously increase prospect funnel. Use data analytics to contribute to territory planning/coverage._ + _Maintaining and upselling within established accounts._ + _Reach out to incoming leads to discuss the nature of their business via phone/email and discuss how our POS solution may benefit their business._ + _Achieve specific metrics related to funnel velocity, opportunity advancement and territory growth._ **_You're the right fit if:_** + _You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience._ + _You’ve acquired 2+ years of inside sales, field sales, customer service and/or relevant clinical experience. Experience selling medical devices, service agreements, consumables and/or any healthcare selling experience, preferred._ + _Your skills include excellent communication, listening, presentation, strong PC skills (MS project, Office and Outlook) and closing skills._ + _You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position._ + _You’re a results oriented, high energy, balanced, “take charge” individual with a hunter mentality._ **_How we work together_** _We believe that we are better together than apart. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $80,700 to $110,000, annually. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance._ _Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
