Job Description:
Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for sales and customer success? Join Sage as a Sales Account Manager, specializing in HR & Payroll solutions. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and delivering outstanding service to customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Sage HR & Payroll.
Identify and manage new customer acquisition opportunities aligned with the sales strategy.
Support and guide business partners through the sales cycle, ensuring successful deal closures.
Conduct site visits to engage with prospective and existing clients, performing in-depth needs and cost-benefit analyses.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline management in Salesforce, providing real-time forecasting and updates.
Demonstrate strong time management by prioritizing daily and weekly objectives effectively.
Actively promote Sage on professional networks like LinkedIn to enhance brand presence.
Skills & Experience:
Degree or diploma in a relevant field (Finance, Business, IT, or related).
3+ years of experience in customer-facing sales.
Prior experience selling HR & Payroll solutions.
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
