Your Opportunity: Acrylic Design Associates, a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team! This position’s sole charter is relentless growth through whatever means necessary – organic/new account acquisition and expansion with existing accounts you close, onboard and continue to support. Working both as an individual and at times with other team members.
The ideal candidate will manage and grow a territory selling in a business-to-business environment spanning several key industries. They sell products, services, and solutions that every business can use. The company provides extensive training and the strength and support that only a strong national company can provide. Our Account Executives are dynamic market leaders from coast to coast.
Your Responsibilities:
You Must Have:
A hunter mentality - experience in consultative selling and hunting for new sales opportunitiesAbility to be a self-starter and able to operate within an organization independentlyRelentless attitudes towards growth – strong desire to champion double digit growthEffectiveness in building strategic relationships internally/externallyEntrepreneur attitude with relentless pursuit of new businessEffective client/market planning and consultative selling skillsAbility to create interest and open doors through multiple business development strategiesAbility to develop strategic relationships with clients and partnersAbility to understand client challenges/objectives and align capabilities to deliver a high value propositionAbility to deliver effective presentations and demos at the executive level to gain customer engagementA knack for performing negotiations and closing businessEffective understanding of the sales processGeneral knowledge and use of a CRMKnowledge of business in various vertical markets and your geographical locationWe Would Prefer:
Experience selling retail displays, signage and other branded/print elements
