Sales Account Executive
Description A sales account executive (SAE) is a sales professional who builds relationships with clients, generates sales, and manages a portfolio of accounts. Self Motivated Consultative Selling Client relationships: Build and maintain relationships with clients, and be the primary point of contact Sales generation: Identify sales opportunities, and bring in new clients Sales strategy: Create and execute sales plans, and develop new sales strategies Sales performance: Monitor sales performance, and forecast sales Customer service: Handle customer inquiries, and provide solutions to customer needs Communication: Communicate with clients, and collaborate with internal teams Negotiation: Negotiate agreements, and close customer contracts Additional Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years of Sales Experience. Preferably sales experience in Enterprise Facility (Amazon, FedEx, XPO), Rental/Commercial fleet equipment sales, Construction/Fleet management sales. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $100000.00 Will send out benefits package Base- $60k to $100kCmsn- $75k to $1M. We don’t cap cmsn and have had sellers exceed $1MTotal Comp- year 1 $150-$250k. Year 2+ $250k+Year one - non recoverable draw - Base Salary ( and targeted income, commission, get paid that weekly from draw ( commission every Friday) - you get for your first yearYear end bonuses are paid out in March the following year.
