BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Korea Sales Account Manager located in Seoul/Korea.
In this role, and under direct supervision of Korea Sales Manager and/or SE Asia Sales Director, the Korea Sales Account Manager will be primarily responsible for New Business Wins and Profit Improvement. Refer to the more detail key accountabilities and required experience as follows.

Builds good customer relationship and intimacy taking the ownership of total customer satisfactionImproving profitability of mass-produced products with customers for Changnyeong Korea plantPass-through activities for increased inflation costs to customers(HMC,GMK,KGM, DI,RSM..)Margin improvement negotiations and price increase quoting activities Customer Van management, letter reception, and internal distribution, Data managementSupporting new business wins focusing on Electrification & Power Electronics productsBuilds insights of customer portfolio and market trendsInternal quote process and meetings collaborating with global BW teamsBuilds and executes various Sales tasks including:Annual & long-term revenue targetFinance improvement including cost reimbursement, price increase, and AR collectionCo-works with plant’s cross-functional teams for regular action itemsContributes to the company’s sustainable and profitable growth[Education / Experience]
Bachelor's degreeEngineering background (not necessary)Around 10 -15 years of Sales experience as a Tier-1 supplier in automotive industryKnowledge of customer process including program launching, costing, and pricingGeneral understanding of cost analysisHighly proficient in both written and spoken English including presentationComfortable with multi-national and cross-functional working environmentMotivation for new opportunities & challengesCustomer intimacy with good interpersonal skillsGood computer skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointInternal Use Only: SalaryGlobal Terms of Use and Privacy Statement
