The temporary (with potential to bring on full time) Lincoln Hancock Restoration Account Manager is responsible for expanding relationships within the organization to identify new business opportunities, developing sales strategies and collaborating with Community Association Managers to obtain client agreements. This individual is passionate and motivated about providing communities with the support needed during disasters. This candidate needs to be knowledgeable in restoration/construction while also understanding HOA’s and how to work with Board of Directors.The account manager requires a combination of technical expertise and project management skills, with strong communication abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

\n\nMust be willing to travel: 60%\nDevelop and execute client contracts to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.\nBuild and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing solutions.\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.\nConduct presentations and lunch-and-learning workshops.\nTravel to meet clients, attend industry/networking events, and participate in sales meetings as required.\n\n Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

\n\n5 + years knowledge and experience in the disaster/construction/restoration world\nMinimum 2 years in business-to-business sales and marketing experience\nExperience with Xactimate, estimations and proposals.\nStrong understanding of hail, hurricane, storm development and tracking.\nFamiliarity with sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM) systems and storm monitoring software.\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nStrong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.\nExperience with Homeowners Associations.\nKnowledge of insurance claims process and compliance.\nDisaster/Emergency/Restoration industry-specific knowledge and experience.\n
