Job Title: Sales Account Manager Job Description We are looking for an Account Manager to join our sales team. This role will see you network and sell to manufacturers and brand owners across North America, with a portfolio of innovative flexible packaging. The company leads the industry with the highest quality flexible packaging while providing the highest level of customer service. The focus of this role is centered around our North American customers, but you may have the opportunity to work with our international teams across Japan and other regions. Responsibilities + Growing profitable sales revenue within a defined territory + Meet or exceed mutually agreed upon sales quota + Respecting and adhering to high standards of quality and performance + Participate in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning + Attend industry events: trade shows, conferences + Support colleagues in account management Essential Skills + Experience in custom packaging industry or brand marketing/agency sales + 3+ years B2B consultative sales and business development experience + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science, or Technology + Comfortable in a complex sales environment + Full sales cycle experience (prospecting, proposal, delivery) + Project management experience + Self-motivated and strong relationship-building skills + Ability to travel up to 50% within Canada and the US Additional Skills & Qualifications + Familiarity with CPG, Branding, and Marketing an asset Work Environment ***** REMOTE POSITION****** This position is primarily remote, but occasional visits to our facility are required. Travel to trade shows and customer facilities is necessary, with locations varying from Orlando to Las Vegas to New York. Travel frequency will depend on the accounts assigned.
