You will be aligned to the Automated Systems Division. As a Sales Manager you will represent company equipment and technology solutions to Automotive Teir 1 Customers. Experience with this customer base is valuable to success in this role. On a given day, you may: Responsible for overall strategic account plans, pursuit plans, Coordinate activities with other JBT Marel division sales efforts on a national and international level. Respond to RFPs, bid preparation, follow-up, negotiation and closing of sales Provide sales and executive management with account updates, sales forecasts. Forecast for the current quarter and future quarters. Be a liaison between the customer and engineering and lead the development of new system proposals. Assist Product Service staff with the development of system expansion or enhancement proposals. Maintain a high level of ongoing communication with main decision makers / influencers within the accounts. Obtain necessary customer paperwork to finalize order entry into the JBT Marel system. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns Prospect new business in existing accounts Requirements for the role Bachelor's degree Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related role. Proficiency in CRM software and Salesforce Mechanical-electrical aptitude aligned to industrial equipment sales required Current valid driver's license Experience digging into prospects' pain points and validating the issues they're facing at multiple levels within customers' organizations. Experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect including presentations, written, oral You must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future. The estimated annual salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 (annually) with a defined commission plan. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only.
