Sales Account Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Sales Account Manager** with experience in the **travel technology industry** . This role is focused on managing and growing our portfolio of **longtail accounts** in the **travel industry** . As the primary point of contact for these high-potential clients, you will build relationships, drive revenue, and ensure customer satisfaction. Las Vegas, Nevada **Sales Account Manager Key Responsibilities:** + The **Sales Account Manager with manage** and engage with a portfolio of **longtail accounts** through calls, emails, and meetings. + Act as the main point of contact for **client inquiries** , providing timely resolutions. + Foster long-lasting relationships with **travel industry clients** to retain and grow accounts. + Drive adoption of **digital tools** and platforms tailored to the **travel sector** . + Oversee the smooth onboarding process for new accounts, providing training and handholding. + The **Sales Account Manager will e** ducate clients on **travel technology products** , tools, and best practices. + Conduct regular **training sessions** and workshops for longtail partners. + Provide ongoing insights and feedback from clients to internal teams for continuous product and service improvement. + Analyze reasons behind lost or churned accounts and implement solutions to address them. + Conduct **needs assessments** to understand client requirements and tailor sales approaches. + Build rapport and close sales by addressing client objections and providing personalized solutions. + Deliver **training webinars** for travel agents and partners. + Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure continued satisfaction. + Meet or exceed **sales targets** and KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. + Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with new product launches and campaigns. **Qualifications for the Sales Account Manager job:** + **Education** : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. + **Experience** : Minimum of 1-3 years of inside sales and account management experience in the **travel technology industry** . + **Skills** : + Strong **communication** and **interpersonal** skills. + Proficiency in **CRM software** (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and **Microsoft Office** . + Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment** and adapt to changing targets. + **Customer-focused** with excellent **problem-solving** abilities. + Excellent written and verbal **communication skills** . + Strong **organizational** and multitasking skills with attention to detail. + Analytical skills to generate insights from sales and booking data. **Key Competencies:** + Self-motivated and **results-oriented** . + **Team player** with a positive attitude. + Strong **negotiation** and **persuasion** skills. + Goal-driven with the ability to meet **sales targets** .
