Sales Account Manager - Small Format - Beaufort
Pay Transparency Statement:  The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting.  We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs.  This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.  Pay: $55,000 Annual Salary + Incentive Pay + Car Allowance Shift: Full-time, Monday – Friday Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation Pay and Paid Holidays 401k with Employer Match Career advancement opportunities after 6 months of employment   Certified Great Place to Work 2024 Position responsibilities: The Account Manager accomplishes timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support and point-of-sale materials and other product promotion opportunities to achieve sales goals Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues while assess product rotation, ensuring proper pricing, appropriate placement, and managing product breakage return Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Must be at least 21 years old Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma and 3 to 4 plus years of specific experience Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 175 pounds Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
