We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional administrative sales support across various departments within the Sales Division. Success in this role requires the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment while managing competing priorities with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Updating, creating, and publishing accurate and timely reports for Local Sales and National Business Development. Creating, updating and delivering presentations for Local Sales and National Business Developments. Assisting with NBD quoting administrative duties, to include gathering information on policies, Work Comp, workforce demographics and other info. Managing email correspondence with franchisees, answering questions, scheduling meetings as requested. Collaborate with other departments to gather information for various projects. Manage Asana, our work management platform, for all assigned projects. Other duties as assigned.
