Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities

What You’ll Do
• Document Management: File purchase orders, picks, and bills of lading daily to keep records organized and accessible.
• Customer Support Requests: Receive and expedite requests for certifications and process credit card payments.
• Mail & Visitor Management: Distribute daily mail and manage front-lobby duties, including greeting and announcing visitors.
• Quotation Handling: Answer requests for quotes (RFQs) to support customer inquiries.
• Report Processing: Compile and process customer-specific reports in Excel to meet tailored requests.

Knowledge of: Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role within Sales Administration or Customer Service is preferred.

o Strong organizational skills to manage daily administrative tasks efficiently.
o Customer-focused approach, ensuring responsive and proactive support.
o Familiarity with document management and basic reporting techniques.
