Basic Purpose:

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as point of contact for Sellers, Vendors and Corporate for all Beverage & Chemical Equipment needs such as the routing of installations and removals, coordination of leasing and billing in partnership with local finance team, and monitoring usage.

Monday-Friday

7:30AM- 4:30PM

This location will be relocating to Aurora, IL in mid-2025.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.  The expected base rate for this role is between $18 and $28.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage Beverage & Chemical Equipment services for the AreaReceive Beverage Equipment Requests from Authorized Sales LeaderReview inventory of current equipment in Area/Region for possible reuse or inter-companyGain approval from finance for equipment purchasesPlace equipment orders with vendorWork with vendor on equipment placements, installations and removalsPoint of contact for sellers on beverage and chemical equipment needsTrack and monitor sales for performance against established metrics to assure usage is to par levels, taking corrective measures where neededFacilitate the creation and implementation of contracts and agreements for customersResponds quickly to beverage equipment and service needs in the market placeOne point of contact for beverage equipment and service questionsAid sellers in providing status updates on equipment placement and installationLiaison between outside service and manufacturing companiesDevelop and maintain positive relationship with corporate office and corporate E&S ManagerAbility to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writingIdentify areas for potential beverage and chemical growth and analyze impact of proposed equipment changesWork with Rosemont to identify any opportunities of equipment changes or process changes

Additional Responsibilities:

Manages beverage and chemical E&S inventory in field by working with market, vendor and Rosemont

Supervision: None

Relationships: Internal: Rosemont Category Manager, Region Category Manager, Area COMs, Sales (sellers, sales managers, sales leaders, specialists). External: Vendors, customers

Qualifications:

Requirements

GED or High School DiplomaBachelor’s Preferred2-5 years relevant equipment and project management experience
