1. General Description of Tasks:



Ԅ Handle entire inside sales process from proposal to close.

Ԅ Attend special training of products and/or services to understand technical, quality, and compliance of the industry.
Ԅ Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status.

Ԅ Solicits and maintains contact with current and prospect key accounts.

Ԅ Maintain and organize the organization's products and/or services to established customers


2. Primaiy Responsibilities and Duties



Ԅ Assist in purchasing aircraft parts and other merchandise from established suppliers after comparing prices and availability of the product in order to fill customer needs. Completes appropriate process for each purchase (purchase order, other documentation, etc.). Acquires product that will best serve needs of customer and checks with Manager to ensure price, quality and delivery schedule are best available.


Communicates with customers seeking to purchase aircraft paiis and equipment. Provides price quotes, takes purchase orders, establishes delivery lead times and discusses mitigating circumstances which might impact delivery. Follows up on special requests or other pre-delivery questions.
Ԅ Seeks best and most efficient shipping and routing methods, and makes arrangements for expediting delivery of pa1is when necessary. Researches and tracks invoicing and shipping documentation from suppliers.
Ԅ Prepares appropriate invoicing and shipping documentation for customers when goods are "ready to ship."
Ԅ Prepares and processes necessary documentation, such as repair orders, airway bill and manifest for outgoing part(s) either to repair facility or to customer on "as needed" basis.
Ԅ Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing repo1is; making recommendations to management.
Ԅ Assist in the content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.

Ԅ Assist sales lead by entering and maintaining transaction data into the systems.

Ԅ Provides historical records by maintaining records.

Ԅ Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results rep01is.

Ԅ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
