Responsibilities:
Receive and process orders from customers Check stock levels Prepare and communicate quotations Processing of invoices Monitor and manage customer forecast Assist with customer queries and requests Relationship building with customers and internal departments Adhere to quality and productivity objectives
Requirements:
Minimum matric with Mathematics 1 - 3 Years sales administration experience Proactively contacting customers for orders Strong selling and negotiations skills Professional written and verbal communication skills in English and preferable Afrikaans Excellent organisational skills Sage X3 experience will be advantageous
