At Priority Ford, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and high-quality vehicles to our customers. As a trusted Ford dealership, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to support our sales team and help ensure the smooth operation of our sales department.
What Will You Be Doing?
• Process and manage vehicle orders, including tracking and updating inventory.
• Prepare and handle all necessary documentation for vehicle sales, such as sales contracts, invoices, and registration paperwork.
• Coordinate with the sales team, finance department, and customers to ensure seamless transaction processes.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle sales and stock movements.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide administrative support for sales-related activities.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.
• Support the preparation of reports, sales targets, and forecasting for the management team.
Who Are We Looking For?
• Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and dealership management software (experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar is a plus).
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
