The Sales Administrator supports Titan’s business objectives by working collaboratively with our clients and management team members to execute sales, marketing and customer service initiatives while helping to build and maintain a strong corporate culture.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities of the Sales Administrator include, but are not limited to:
Primary customer service contact for prospects who have questions about proposals or our services and products, and attend meetings when necessaryCoordinate Titan’s responses to requests for proposals (RFP’s) including preparing narratives and case studies, coordinating pricing, and reviewing contractsCoordinate the setup of new accountsFacilitate requests for temporary serviceMaintain relationships and pricing with third-party providers including uniforms and security equipment providersOversee uniform selection and pricing related to all accounts Monitor risk management compliance including contract terms and certificate of insurance requirementsServe as an administrator of our Salesforce Lightning CRM systemAttend industry and trade organization events as neededOther duties may be assigned. QualificationsQualifications of the Sales Administrator:
Education and/or : Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. Experience: 5+ years experience in project management, sales, hotel, administrative assistant, or related rolesCertificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a valid PERC. Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.Other Qualifications: Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge of the Security industry is a plus, but not required. Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required.
Travel: Ability to travel to client and branch office locations in suburban Chicago and northwest Indiana. Less than 10% travel.
Physical Demands: Standard office environment.
Salary & Benefits: Base salary is 70,000-80,000K, discretionary year-end bonus. Paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, life and AD&D insurance, optional life and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) match. Also includes skills-enhancing training and opportunities for career growth and promotion.
