Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service and Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive company image. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.Maintain client records through data entry and computerized systems to ensure information is up-to-date.Assist in resolving customer complaints by identifying the issue and providing appropriate solutions.Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer experience.Promote products and services through effective sales techniques while maintaining a focus on customer needs.Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.Support a C-Level executive with PO's, confirming customer orders, and managing administrative and back-end duties.Invoice customers and perform additional administrative tasks such as mail handling and breakroom maintenance.Frequently follow up and liaise between logistics team and customers.Essential SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience with administrative support, customer service, data entry, and order entry.Experience with SAP is a strong plus.Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.Some experience in sales (preferably in the semiconductor industry, not retail or car sales).Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerized systems.Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.Commitment to providing exceptional client services.High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree is a plus).Additional Skills & QualificationsBilingual in Korean, German, or French is a plus.Experience in invoicing customers.Work Environment

This role requires working in the office from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with flexible scheduling based on needs. The work environment is flexible and easy-going, not overly corporate. There is no micro-management from leadership, providing a good work/life balance. The company offers a 401k plan with up to 6% match, pays 90% of medical premiums, and provides dental & vision insurance after 60 days. Additional benefits include quarterly employee appreciation lunches, annual bonuses, and semi-often employee gatherings or parties.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
