Mastodon Design is seeking a **highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator** to support our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will act as the **primary liaison** for customers, addressing inquiries about products, orders, and deliveries while providing critical support to Account Managers. The ideal candidate is **customer-focused, goal-driven** , and possesses a **strong understanding of sales operations and best practices** . You will be responsible for verifying customer information, generating invoices and quotes, coordinating order processing, and compiling sales reports to drive operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Prepare and generate **quotations, proposals, and sales agreements** .
+ Process and verify **purchase orders** , ensuring accuracy in customer information and payment details.
+ Serve as a **key point of contact** , addressing customer inquiries via phone and email while gathering necessary information.
+ Maintain and update **sales and customer records** in internal systems.
+ Compile and analyze **weekly and monthly sales performance reports** .
+ Communicate valuable customer feedback to **internal teams** to enhance service and product offerings.
+ Stay informed about **new products, features, and industry trends** to provide knowledgeable customer support.
+ **Manage and track** sales demonstrations and trade show equipment.
+ Provide **administrative and operational support** to the sales team as needed.
**Qualifications:**
_Required:_
+ **Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration or a related field.
+ Exceptional **interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills** .
+ Proficiency in **MS Office Suite** , particularly **Excel** .
+ Strong understanding of **sales performance metrics** and reporting.
+ Excellent **organizational skills** with the ability to **multitask and meet strict deadlines** .
+ Experience with **administrative recordkeeping and sales data management**
_Desired:_
+ Hands-on experience with **Salesforce CRM** or similar platforms.
+ Previous experience in **sales administration, customer relations, or a similar role** .
+ Ability to **work independently and collaboratively** in a fast-paced environment.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$47,100-$96,500
