The Position

Our Overland Park, KS location is seeking a Customer Service Representative to add to our Golf Team.

Bushnell Golf is looking for a Customer Service Rep to help support Bushnell Golf products.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Proactive engagement with customers and internal functional groups to better understand needs and challengesOrder management for PO’s received vis phone, email, and regular mail Processing Ecommerce Orders via EDIResponsible for special order accounts and other assignments.Entering Parts Orders as requiredReturn Authorization entry and routing for approvalsProcessing credits in a timely manner for customersManage and support defined team metrics to drive efficienciesGeneral questions from accountsUtilizing B2B for assistanceDirect communication with accounts to deliver highest level of customer service possibleResearching FedEx ShipmentsEnter in Sales LeadsAt times, may receive consumer lab questions that will require research and follow upAt times, assist with purchase order entry during peak show periodsAll other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination education and 1-2 years of Account Service experienceExcellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, and multitasking skillsIndependent thinker and strong problem solving skillsKnowledge of outdoor products and industry pereferredPrior experience utilizing ERP Operating Systems and Microsoft Suite programs including Excel, Word, and CRM applications

Pay Range:

$19.28 - $27.16

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
