Sales Administrator / Personal Assistant (NY, Manhasset) – RKSAPA

Main job function

 

Sales Administration

Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders, quotes, and contracts. Maintain accurate sales records and databases, ensuring timely updates and reporting. Coordinate communication between the sales team and clients, addressing inquiries and   providing necessary support. Prepare sales reports and presentations for management meetings. Track sales performance metrics and assist in forecasting.

Personal Assistance

Manage the calendar and schedule meetings for the Sales Manager/Director. Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for the sales team. Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring prompt responses. Prepare and distribute agendas and meeting minutes.

 

General Support

Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Provide administrative support for special projects as needed. Maintain a filing system and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information. Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team.

 

Qualifications

 

 Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing or related field

 

Criteria

Proven experience in sales administration or as a personal assistant, ideally within a sales environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A proactive and positive attitude, with a strong focus on customer service. Driving license required

 

Remuneration: 50 000 USD PA
