Matric Salesforce Certification Salesforce experience Sales experience Responsibilities:
Salesforce CRM Management:
Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and consistency Create, update, and manage records, including leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities and cases Assist with the customization of Salesforce (fields, layouts, reports) to meet the team’s needs Ensure timely and accurate data entry by guiding and training the sales team Sales Support:
Assist sales representatives by handling administrative tasks such as document preparation, quoting and contract generation Support in managing and maintaining customer information and tracking interactions within Salesforce Track and process sales orders, and ensure orders are aligned with the sales agreements Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. finance, operations) to facilitate the sales order lifecycle Reporting and Analytics:
Generate sales performance and pipeline reports using Salesforce dashboards and reports Analyze sales data to provide insights on trends, performance and areas for improvement Assist in forecasting and tracking sales targets and provide weekly / monthly reports to the sales leadership team Sales Process Improvement:
Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements for the sales workflow. Collaborate with sales management to optimize and automate routine tasks using Salesforce features (e.g. workflows, process automation) Document and refine sales processes and workflows within Salesforce Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data within Salesforce for effective communication and follow-up Assist in creating customer engagement strategies based on CRM data analysis Support the sales team in managing customer queries, following up on leads, and maintaining strong relationships Data Integrity and Compliance:
Regularly review and clean up data in Salesforce to maintain accuracy. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (such as POPI) by following best practices within Salesforce Implement and enforce data entry standards for sales team members Sales Documentation and Contract Administration:
Prepare, review, and manage sales documents, proposals, contracts and agreements Track contract status, renewal dates and ensure timely follow-up
